Free parking onsite was provided. Free WiFi was working perfectly. If you wish to visit sundown adventureland, this place is perfect.

everything was perfect, amazing friendly staff, lovely location really close to the restaurant next door, pub serving good food and ale, and nottingham. we liked guest room with a bath. the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of different options.

It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

Spacious, modern cottages feature spotlessly clean interiors and great showers that provide a comfortable experience. Quiet village location next to a charming country pub that serves excellent food and real ale.

The mattresses felt a bit worn, with springs noticeable during the night, which could impact sleep quality. Shower water pressure was weaker than expected, and the Wi-Fi tended to slow down when more guests logged on. Minor conveniences, such as insufficient tea variety and the absence of biscuits in the room, could enhance the overall experience.

Staying at willow tree was such a delight! Sue was cute and easy to talk to. The breakfast had a great variety, and everything was hot and tasty. Plus, it's next to a pub with delicious meals at reasonable prices. A lovely atmosphere overall!

beautiful park views and easy access to local attractions

I stayed here for two nights in a good double room and loved the cozy feel and comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely and filling, setting me up perfectly for my day of exploring nearby Newark Castle and Balderton Lake, where I enjoyed fantastic walks surrounded by nature.

Cozy stay with warm vibes

We stopped by for a wedding nearby and felt super welcomed right off the bat. The rooms were really nice and clean. They totally catered to my vegan friend at breakfast with some good options. Only wish there were more choices for in-room breakfast. Such a cute village, too! Would've loved to stay longer.

This place is super clean n quiet. We didn't hear noise from other rooms at all. The furnishings were really good quality, and my hubby loved the cooked breakfast. Great selection of cereals too. Really liked that everything in the room worked perfectly, including the bedside lights, which are often a problem in other places.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, delicious breakfasts, and laundry services. The staff once helped me find local dining options, a great help. I can't wait to come back next year!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-tended garden providing a serene atmosphere. Breakfast was diverse, catering to different tastes, and the owner was accommodating, offering an earlier breakfast when needed. The staff seemed indifferent, and there was a general feeling of being unwelcome, which detracted from the experience. Despite the pleasant room and lovely food, the overall customer service left something to be desired.

The owners were super friendly and even made me a breakfast roll-up since I had to leave early, which was a lovely surprise! I spent some peaceful time in the garden and enjoyed relaxing on the patio, taking in the fresh air. The only minor thing was that local amenities were a bit limited, but that didn't bother me much at all-definitely bring your own snacks! 😊
